In the last 20 years, I have contributed as an expert consultant to a number of WHO projects coordinated by the WHO Headquarters, Regions (EURO, PAHO) and National (Turkey and Mauritius) and Local Offices (Health System Financing, Barcelona), with field work across Europe, Africa and the Americas.
